LG TV Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi [SOLVED] – Let’s Fix It

Many LG Smart TVs suffer from a bug that causes the TV to randomly lose its WiFi connection or disconnect from the network. If you have one of these problems, read on to learn what causes this issue and how to fix it.

LG Electronics — one of the world’s leading electronics manufacturers — has offered award-winning, innovative products for years. From home entertainment electronics like televisions, audio, and appliances to mobile devices and more, LG has integrated cutting-edge technology into its products to provide customers with the best possible experience.

If you run into a problem with your LG TV, the first thing to do is check whether it’s a hardware or software issue. If your LG TV Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi, there are a few simple fixes that can help you get back on track right away.

LG TV Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi – Troubleshoot and Diagnosis

WiFi loss is a common problem among televisions. Most LG TVs come with built-in Wi-Fi, but they’re vulnerable to slow Internet connections and poor connections to the router that can cause the TV to drop a connection or stop playing content altogether. If you want to connect your LG TV to a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection, you should improve the signal strength in your house by installing a new router or upgrading your current router.

LG TV Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi

For a temporary solution, We recommend plugging in your LG TV via an Ethernet cable for best results. This will prevent you from experiencing the occasional wireless connection loss issues that a wireless network can sometimes cause. When using a wired network connection, you can enjoy uninterrupted streaming and web surfing, as well as fast internet speeds.

Some of the factors that cause Wifi not connecting to TV are bugs and glitches, but sometimes it could be the function that disconnects the connection. Some of these minor issues may require you to reconnect the TV to Wi-Fi after some simple steps.

If you are struggling with WiFi connection issues on your smart TV, then you should keep reading. These troubleshooting steps will help you fix a few common problems and glitches that some smart TVs face.

1. Restart LG TV

If your TV has been acting a bit weird, for example, its signal strength is weaker than usual or it’s taking longer to load the same page, then maybe you can try restarting it. It’s quite possibly the oldest troubleshooting trick in the book, but it’s still one of the best: rebooting any device. If something seems to be wrong with your TV after setting it for the first time, try unplugging it from the wall and leaving it off for a minute before plugging it back in and turning it back on. Here is How you do it:

  1. Switch OFF LG TV using the remote.
  2. Unplug the power cord.
  3. Wait for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Plug the power cord back In.
  5. Switch ON the TV using the remote.

If you have an LG TV that keeps disconnecting from WiFi, then the first thing you should do is to turn it off completely and then turn it back on again. You can do this by using your remote control or the main power switch of the TV. Cold booting the TV will disconnect all connections and then reconnect them, which may solve the issue of your LG TV disconnecting from WiFi.

2. Move the Router/Modem Closer to LG TV

Wireless Internet works through what is known as a WiFi router. These routers offer high data transfer speeds, but it can be inconvenient when your router is too far from where you want to connect your device.

If possible, move the router closer to your device or set it up on a shelf above the unit. Try to find an unoccupied frequency channel on your router menu if you have multiple devices in use.

If your wireless connection range is less than ideal, you can increase its signal strength by simply switching the wireless channel on your router. Go to your wireless router and change the channel of your wireless band to the recommended one on the device or the user manual or the website. If you have a dual band router, then check both 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands for any additional interference.

3. Restart Router/Modem

An LG TV Wifi problem is a common one. When it happens, you could try power cycling your modem/router to see if that fixes things.

That’s how to perform a restart on your modem/router: First, turn off your router. Wait at least a minute for the device to shut down completely. Wait at least two minutes before plugging it back in and reconnecting the TV. Check if the issue persists.

Your wireless router might be to blame for your LG TV WiFi issue. Make sure that your wireless router is connected to a modem or router via an ethernet cable. If the Ethernet cable is secure, contact the firmware provider of your wireless router. If the Ethernet is disconnected, then check whether an IP address is assigned to your router.

4. Allow Network Full Access

If your LG TV is connected to the network, but you don’t allow it to have full access, when you turn off the TV, it will disconnect itself from the network.

Guest access is a feature that allows devices to connect to your Wi-Fi network, but it doesn’t provide full access like a password. If you have devices in your house that only use guest access, they’ll disconnect from the network automatically after a certain time.

If you experience any issues with your TV’s connectivity, the problem can be quickly resolved by changing your network settings. Start by checking that you are within range of the designated wireless network. From there, you can make sure that your network is configured correctly and is allowed full access to your TV. If these steps don’t solve the issue, contact customer support for further assistance.

5. Disable Quick Start Feature

LG TV’s Quick Start feature is designed to make it easier to set up and get started with your new Smart TV. Unfortunately, this can cause problems with connecting to wireless networks. Users report that if they turn on Quick Start, their internet setup process doesn’t work correctly, with the TV not being able to connect to the network or display an ‘out of range’ message.

Turning off quick start is a simple process that can be done through the TV’s interface, Follow the below steps to disable quick start:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Choose All Settings and then select General.
  3. Select Quickstart and then Disable it.

Now, turn on your TV and connect it to wifi. Check if it remains connected or disconnects.

6. Disable Simplink Feature

Connecting your TV to the internet is easy, but there’s one small snag: you might come across a nasty little error message that confirms your suspicions: “Internet connectivity lost.” The solution to this is to disable Simplink on your device, which stops the connection between your TV and the internet.

You can change the Simplink settings on your tv by following these simple steps.

  1. Press the Menu button on the TV remote, then select Settings in the upper left corner.
  2. Navigate to All settings and then select General.
  3. From here, select Simplink and then choose Simpilink Off or Simplink On.

7. Change Date and Time Settings

LG TV’s time zone and date are affected.  The setting is changed automatically when you change the router/network settings on your LG  Smart TV. While changing the network or router settings, the time zone is changed and this may result in connectivity problems or incorrect use of some of the features available on your TV.

This applies to LG  Smart TVs that are connected to a Wi-Fi router or a modem.

The TV remote allows users to change the date and time on their TV. By changing the date and time on your TV, it is possible to set the sleep timer on a specific day. This can be done by following these steps: First, open the LG remote app. From the General Menu, scroll down until you see Time & Date. Then, click on Time & Date and click on manual update or automatic update.

  1. We have never had any issue with our LG Tv connecting with the wifi up until recently, it randomly Chooses when it wants to connect and when it does it cuts in an out. We have changed out the modem and have also tried plugging directly to the ethernet cable which does work however also will not give a strong Wi-Fi signal for the other devices in the house. We were considering getting something that helps extend the Wi-Fi but would it be helpful or a waste of time?

    1. Exactly the same problem. We never experienced any problems then suddenly the system works, then drops out and when it play up, it takes hours to recover. It seems to depend on what time of the day it is too and often will not work early evening.

The room where the TV is located is immediately below where our modem/router is located. We have disconnected all none essential WiFi dependant items to ensure that the system is not overwhelmed.

I have just purchased an Amazon fire stick to insert into a free port as we have given up trying to find a solution.

      1. Yes, my brand new LG 77in G2 ($4500) will randomly disable wifi. When you try to reconnect it won’t allow you to turn wifi back on. Oboy solution is to unplug the TV (turning it off doesn’t work) and plugging back in. It has now happened twice in less than a week of owning the TV. I’m going to call best buy to replace it.

    2. I have experienced the same issue.
Since LG tv don’t have an Wi-Fi on/off button we have to unplug for 60 seconds or more and then replug.
The real solution costs only $10. Just replace Wifi module EAT61813802 / WN8122E1 , this number could be different for various models.

Our LG television will not stay connected to our WiFi , other television and phones stay connected. We have tried the unplugging television and the router sometimes will work, not most of time. Will connected and stay a few days then back off

    1. The fix for this is to go into the general settings then location settings, change it to another country (I used canada) , uncheck the box to “set automatically” at the top, restart the tv…

After the restart agree to the prompts, then change it back to USA and leave the “set automatically” unchecked…

It will fix the wifi and the cursor not staying on.

      Tim

    2. Hi Robert, Even we are facing the same wifi disconnection issue. Did you solve this problem? If so can you let me know what you did to solve?

  3. Yeah my LG TV also keeps constantly disconnecting from my wifi now. It’s only started recently and none of my other devices in the house have the issue. I’ve tried all the steps recommended above (except the wired connection because I don’t have a long enough cable) and nothing works.

When are you going to fix this, LG?

  4. Same thing here with the LG tv disconnecting from the internet. Nothings is fixing the issue. I just got a new modem and internet service which is extremely faster than what I previously had. Everything else gets great service in the area the tv is located.

        1. Tried this method hoping it would work and after a couple hours it disconnected again. I was really eager for this to work since it was differentadvise from just unplugging it and plugging back in.

  5. Sounds like there is a bug that need to be fixed. I have an lg b9 and it started dropping the wifi about the same timeframe as 2 other posters mentioned.

  6. So glad I found this. Our LG stated dropping wifi around the end of February too. Other household devices will work without any issues. The wifi is very intermittent. Please fix LG

    1. Sherry Cookson

I was having the same issue. My tv is 4 years old. I was told the the wifi receiver in the tv was no good. No one repairs them so although the tv works great, its no good without the wires. I bought it because it was wireless wifi.

  7. We are having the same issue – just recently LG drops wifi every time we turn off the tv. We have to reboot the router and the TV and reconnect. Every. Time.

  8. The same exact thing has been happening to me over the past couple of weeks (late March into April). It was never an issue before but now my tv is constantly dropping Wi-Fi connection when all other devices are working fine. I’m so glad to hear that it’s not just me at least. I never would have thought it was due to a glitchy update but that definitely seems right with so many complaints cropping up within a specific time period. It’s very frustrating.

  9. Started having issues with lost internet connections about a week ago- random times of the day (but mostly at night) and today it’s completely out. Won’t pick up any of the wifi services anywhere around me. Rest of my devices are working fine.
None of the troubleshooting ideas have worked.

  10. I am having same problem just started happening about 2 weeks ago keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi . Never had any issues until recently.

  11. Yes, I’ve just started experiencing the same problem CONSTANTLY. At best, it will stay connected to the network for streaming on the LG Apps for 10-15 minutes; then drops the network. This is for a wifi service (Rogers Ignite) that works totally fine streaming all the cable channels over wifi, so it’s clearly got to be a deficiency of the LG WebOS or related hardware, and not my wifi network.
    LG please fix this

  12. My LG has now started to disconnect itself from the internet, only noticed this from mid April 2022. A problem created by an LG software update?

  13. Same thing here! Both my 2 LG TVs also keeps constantly disconnecting from wifi now. It’s only started recently and none of my other devices in the house have the issue. I’ve tried all the steps recommended above 100 times and am SIC of it.
When are you going to fix this, LG?

  14. I’m experiencing the same issue with my LG OLED Smart TV. It won’t stay connected to Wifi. I have contacted LG for it.

  15. Our LG TV loses connection daily, so frustrating never have an issue with any of our Samsung tvs! Please sort it out or this will be our first and LAST LG product.

  16. After too many internet outages, I changed to Fios. More reliable, faster speed and replaced a 13 yr old router. We stream with Youtube TV and have 4 TVs. All are doing great except for our main 55″ 2017 LG. We have another LG, and no problem. The problem TV is apx 15′ from router.
PROBLEM: TV constantly disconnects from WiFi when turned off for apx 30 min or more.

LG support had me change DNS address, discount router, turn off Quick Start, and can’t remember what else.

This TV has Roku installed, in order to get HBO (model does not have it in app store). Roku is reporting “Excellent” signal strength.
I’m exhausted with this. Tomorrow I’ll place a 3rd call to LG!

      1. My brand new LG OLED C2 kept turning off while I was watching TV all by itself. And dropping WiFi. It would work for awhile and then just turn off. And sometimes it would just stay on, but drop the WiFi. Either way, I couldn’t watch my TV and it was so maddening because when it works it’s the most beautiful picture I have ever had. So anyway I did the fix that you recommended and it no longer turns off by itself. However, it still has a problem with the WiFi–when I turn off the TV and then come back to watch the TV turns on but it says No Signal. Booooo! However, it ain’t necessarily so. I found out just by luck that, if I go to Home all my apps are there and I can just start streaming away like normal. I was restarting my router and all sorts of crap when I didn’t even need to. So all I gotta say is, LG DO BETTER CUZ WE WANT TO LOVE YOU!

  17. Hi my LG TV has just started having issues with connecting and disconnectoning for the Internet on a daily basis, very frustrating when you are trying to watch a movie. I have paid for faster Internet and aslo put a WiFi disk straight behind the TV which is costing me a lot more everymonth and still issues!!!

    1. Having the same experience with my WebOS LG540T not sure what to do at this point. The option to even turn on the wifi and see list of networks isn’t available…it started as a one off…but is every couple minutes at this point. Help.

  18. Same issue here. Dropping the internet, when all else works. Mine is webOS UH6150. Curious as to the other users tv models.

    1. There seems to be no solution to this issue. I have 2 LG TVs one being an OLED and it works fine though the other TV has been dropping wifi as others have stated. Where is the solution to this problem from LG? Must be some type of workaround until the software is fixed and updated by LG. Has anyone been able to fix this issue?

  19. Experiencing the exact same thing. New Nighthawk modem/router that is in the same room, not 15 feet away from the LG tv. No obstructions. LG plays fine for a while, even hours, them inexplicably quits. So frustrating!!!
    Paul B.

    1. All these comments started the beginning of April, 2022, the same time my “smart” tv started dropping internet. None of the “fixes” fix my problem either so I have to conclude that something happened

  20. I’m having the exact same problem. I wish LG would let us know if there is a fix in the works. My modem and router are close enough, so distance isn’t the issue.

    1. My LG TV loses WiFi connection every evening around 7pm when using BBC iPlayer, Nowtv or Netflix app. If I watch them through Nowtv box I have no problem so it’s now my internet provider. I was hoping to watch everything through the TV and remove the Nowtv box but until this issue is resolved I can’t.
TV is fully up to date.
      Any ideas on fixes please.

  21. Hi: So glad I found these posts. I have been having the same issues with my LG Smart TV. Drops internet connection randomly after about 15 minutes of use or won’t connect at all. Also lose the pointer function. It is not my router or internet service provider. We got a new router, cables, etc. All other devices work fine in the house. I called LG and nothing worked. It is clearly the TV. When will this get fixed?

  22. I have the same problem with my 65 inch LG smart tv purchased in 2017. Has anyone found a solution? HELP!

    1. I have 2 lg TVs both started dropping connectivity. I have 5g food and google nest boosters.

Suddenly both TVs are saying turn Wi-Fi on. There is no ON and the reconnect is not a choice anymore.

I’m extremely agitated. 2 TVs 3.5 years old.

Any suggestions besides buy a new tv?

  23. I am glad I am not the only one having issues with an LG. Too bad I have two LG TVs around the house. I heard people are buying Amazon firesticks to solve the issue. I did everything in the book to fix this but nothing worked. I hope LG is working on a solution.

    SH

  24. Is there an update for LG TV

We are having the same issues. TV
    Disconnects from WiFi
Tried new BT halo fibre broadband with boosters and it’s still not staying connected.

  25. I was having the exact same problem described by people here. Wifi would disconnect and after that completely refuse to reconnect. I tried all the solutions listed here and none of them work. I finally think I found the solution, assigning a static IP address to the LG TV.

You will need to log into your router to do this. Every router is different. You can pick any address. For example I picked 192.168.1.129.

The TV now has been working continuously for days. And if I disconnect the wifi, I can quickly reconnect.

  26. Same issue as everyone else. Done an update on my LG about a month ago and since then it has dropped the WiFi about five times.it does come back after turning the power off for about 10 minutes. I hope LG are getting these comments and are working on a new update to stop this from happening.

  27. Maria cylkowski

Same thing here we have a lg sk9000pua 65 inch. Signal drops off and on, sometimes it’s on for 15 minutes then drops , other times 1 hr.no regularity. Called Lg they said plug it in ethrenet , or get a better internet provider. Tried every thing it said above nothing worked. Please help us LG. !

  28. Same issue here. Previously it was all good. I thought my TV was getting old until I came across this forum. My Bluetooth also intermittently disconnects and reconnects then again disconnects. Please do something LG.

  29. My connection keeps loosing wifi with my router very close. Toggling the wifi off and back on on the TV instantly fixes it. If you don’t do this it will just keep not connecting. I tried to contact LG to see if they broke in a update what normally should automatically toggle (resetting) the Wifi when it looses connection and cannot reconnect but doesn’t seem to do it, I’m sure it’s supposed to. This happens every night a few times a night, started happening after an update a few months ago. At least I have a quick way to fix it but it’s very annoying.

  30. Ive been getting the same issue gradually getting worse over past few weeks . Sadly for me i have 7 LG tvs . I upgraded internet and got a mesh system there is 400mbs at the tv location . Firestick works no problem . TV nflix buffers constantly and picture is blocky , trying to stream from home pc a no no . Glad to hear it could be a update glitch that should be fixable.

  31. As per everyone else same with our LG TV EXCEPT we have an ethernet connection. and the message that appears is Wired connection disconnected and then soon after Wired connection connected, makes streaming very unreliable. This never used to be an issue (TV is nearly 4 years old now). Will never buy LG again.

  32. LG where are you? You need to fix the glitch now. We’re all experiencing the same issue and spending money unnecessarily to fix the issue which is clearly up to you to remedy. Please stand by your product.
    Angela

  33. My lg is literally right next to the router and won’t connect, I have zero issues with any other device. I’ve tried everything that’s suggested and nothing is working. Very frustrating.

  34. We are also having our LG tv intermittently drop internet connection! This started a few weeks ago also, and keeps getting worse, all other device work fine except the LG tv! Please help get this fixed, we just bought this new TV! Unacceptable service from LG!
    May 27th, 2022

    1. Same problem as everyone. All other devices connect but tv will not even though it is in the same room as those devices. Sometimes the tv shows networks with a strong signal but still will not connect. What’s going on lg? Maybe somebody needs to file a lawsuit.

  35. Jeremy Wilson

Having same issue here as well. LG says “wi-fi is turned off” under network connections. However, there is no switch to turn it back on again. Super frustrating.

  36. LG tv keeps dropping the internet, only since just before christmas, it constantly keeps doing this about 30-50 times a day it is so annoying.
come on LG get it fixed. P.S not thinking I have just bought a second one.

  37. I’m having the same issues and have tried all the self help …nothing works. LG needs to fix this it’s so frustrating!!

  38. Just jumping on this ship as well. Past 1-2 months cannot keep internet for more then about 5-15 min max. This is despite buying a Wi-Fi extended. Might as well not even have a tv!

  39. Same here. Changed ISP end of January and intermittent at best since. Thought it must be the new ISP but after umpteen calls to them, the LG TV appears to be the problem. Regularly drops out using any streaming app, Netflix, iPlayer etc. I have tried the earlier suggestion regarding setting static IP but no better.
    TV is LG43UK6300PLB.

  40. My 55″ lg tv has been freezing the pointer on many occasions, before knocking me out from online and switching to sky/DTV. (No problems with sky, btw) I have an ethernet connection, not wi fi.This has been reoccurring for several months ,only after LG’s automatic updates;so i’m frustrated and empathising with all the other posters here.My 65″ lg,also directly connected to my bt router, wont even allow me to enter music steaming sites that are readily available on the smaller set.No sense to any of it.I too switched from Samsung tvs ‘cos the oled lgs offer a far superior picture. What is going on?These are far from cheap tvs.

  41. I thought I was the only one having problems with my LG tv loosing internet but it appears not from previous comments. Following guidelines to see if it fixes the problem.

  42. I am also having the same WiFi disconnect problem with my LG TV however I am also experiencing the same problem when connected using an ethernet cable. This has to be a problem with the NIC (network interface card) because It works fine when using an Apple TV with the same Internet connections. We need a solution from LG for this.

  43. The only solution I have found is to use my computer and then “cast” it to my chromecast device on my tv. Works fine but you have no pause etc. unless you go to your computer.

  44. Same Problem Sinne 2 Montag with my lg cx. I bought it AT release date. Never rhad WiFi Problems before. So annoying. It works for 7 mins streaming and the it Cuts the connection

  45. Same problem tv only 16 months old this problem only started 2 weeks ago.bought new lg tv for my daughter as a Christmas present four thousand dollars and it’s doing the same thing.she has to keep turning it off and on at power point. I recommend lg tv to a lot of people wish I hadn’t. Daughter is putting her hyacinth back up and that’s over 8 years old.would have been better off pissing the money up at least wouldn’t have the frustration

  46. My LG started dropping internet connection about a week ago. I turned off both the router and the TV, turned them back on, then everything was fine for 2 days.
Now I tried doing the same thing but the TV stayed off. It is driving me crazy.

  47. Frustrated LG Owner

Having this issue now as of two weeks ago.

Super frustrating … thought it was a Wi-Fi issue and I have finally realized its the darn TV.

    Please fix this LG …

  48. Experiencing the same network disconnect issue as everyone else. I tried all the simple resets with no luck.

Does anyone from LG read this message board? Has anyone responded?
Planning on returning my tv if I don’t hear a fox is coming. This is a huge issue.

  49. I was having the same problem since the update, in May, the only solution which worked was to factory reset/format the TV. And turn off the updates, since then I didn’t have this problem anymore.

  50. Perhaps LG knows something they are unwilling to admit? I realized that for 3 straight days, the wifi started disconnecting (message actually says wifi is turned off) after the TV had been on 20 – 25 minutes. Hmmmm. Set up a fan to produce a light breeze across the back of the TV… particularly the lower center area where wifi module is typically located. I just completed a continuous 6 hour viewing session with no hint of wifi problems. Is this the “real” answer? Time will tell.

There is no provision for ventilation on the back of my TV. I have seen pictures of Samsung TVs which show a lot of vent openings on the back.

  51. Followup to submitted post of Aug. 9. I am convinced. Since employing the fan, I have now had 5 consecutive viewing sessions with no wifi disconnect. That probably has not happened since early Spring when it was still quite chilly here. I am considering the possibility of cutting some slits in the back panel to provide an opportunity for convection cooling.

  52. Michele Maryann COTTERILL

I am having the problems with my LG tv. Started about a week ago. Works fine for an hour or two then the internet drops out. So frustrating. I have tried all the suggested fixes but none work. Don’t know where to go from here. Please help me

  53. I’m having the same issue on my brand new 2022 LG G2 77” OLED. It’s not the internet or the network. It’s the tv.

  54. I’m from Colombia and bought here this LG TV (LATAM model) about 4-5 years ago, same issues WAS happening for a while and the suddenly stopped:

    – TV losing internet through wifi and in settings asking to switch on wifi, but of course there is no such way to do that.
    – Togheter to the first issue, the cursor of the magic control disappeared and the remote control seemed not to work well.
    – After facing these issues for a while, I decided to go wired and both issues continue happening. Also, a message in the right upper corner of the TV, saying the cable got disconnected and a few seconds after, another message saying the cable is connected.
    – Quick fix is to disconnect from the outlet and wait some few mins. 1-2. But, you will face the issues again at any time.

I never tried that solution they said about changing the country, etc (explained in an older post here). But the interesting thing is that reading all you comments, I remembered about this issue that is gone about 3-4 months ago with no reason that I can remember. My assumption was always that there was some kind of interference around disturbing the wifi connection and the magic control connection to the TV.

  55. I read all the way through hoping by the end there’d be news of a response and fix from LG. I’ve thought I was out of options b/c our tv is 4 years old and just like everybody else, these problems started a few months ago and are getting worse and watching tv has become so frustrating, I rarely bother and just watch things on my iPad. No value I suppose in sharing this with everyone b/c I don’t have an answer either, but it sure was welcoming to find out I dont need to continue to spend hours fixing the wi-fi/router. \

  56. 2 weeks with fan. No disconnects from wifi. Not feasible to cut slits in back. Guess I will live with fan or buy a Roku.

  57. 65SK8000 65″ LG Flat Panel Television disconnecting from new 3 tower linksys wifi mesh. Everything other TV (ROKU, JVC, SAMSUNG, SONY)in the house works great with the wifi except the LG. Very disappointed. Thought they were on the ball. Bought many different LG appliances over the past 7 years. This is the first to disappoint. Got it connected with ethernet works fine now. I had to drill holes through built in cabinets to feed the ethernet cable. I think I won’t be so fast to buy another LG appliance.

  58. I have been getting the exact same issue for the last few weeks and nothing worked so far. It was all good for years and now many people having the same issue. So it is not about to unplug and fix it but a bug in the latest software update. It is something LG should take care of.

  59. Hi everyone,
after many trials to solve this problem, turning TV on and off, resetting the modem, TV factory reset nothing happened and still the same but by luck, I change the time setting to manual and discovered that the time and date is wrong, after fixing the tv works well, so I realized that if the tv time and date are wrong and different of the modem time it keeps disconnected and the major reason is that if you plug off the tv from electricity the tv date and time stuck at that moment.

  60. Same here, Wi-Fi on and then off. I’ve tried ALL of the quick fixes and I still have this problem. Looks like we all need to get rid of our LG and try a new brand.
